Welcome new Ruby/Umrath/South 40 residents 

Congratulations on being assigned to Ruby, Umrath, and South 40 Houses.  Rubelmann, which currently houses 140 first-year students on three floors, opened in 1958.  Umrath and Wohl Houses are the two newest buildings on the South 40 and will be opening in August.  Umrath will house 99 first-year students, and South 40 House will house 126 upperclassmen.
