College CouncilWhat is College Council?Every year, the Ruby/Umrath/South 40 College Council is comprised of enthusiastic and hard-working students that want to make a positive impact on their residential community. Joining College Council is a great way to get involved in our residential college! College Council is responsible for maintaining contact with the Congress of the South 40 (CS40), the governing student body on the South 40, and planning a wide variety of fun and educational programs and activities for the residents of Ruby/Umrath/Wohl. Events that the R/U/S40 College Council has coordinated in the past include a formal dance, monthly Dinner and a Movie nights, games of laser tag/demolition ball/paintball, musicals at the Fox Theatre, trips to museums and sporting events, and many more. We have a budget of over $5500, so we have the ability to sponsor some awesome programs for our students. College Council ElectionsCollege Council Elections occur every year in mid-September.
